The High Efficiency Intelligent Nonporous Coating Machine is applied for coating traditional chinese and western tables and pils, including the micro pils, water pils, drip and granutated pils, with sugar, organic film, water soluble, film, slow and controlled release film in the fields of pharmacy, food and biology etc. The High Efficiency Intelligent Nonporous Coating Machine is equipped with the programable PLC (machine and person interface), with which its operation process and process parameters such as negative pressure and temperature can be automatically controlled. It is easy to operate, with reasonable and advanced process during run of the machine. Main machine, clening system, hot air cabinet, exhaust cabinet and the thermostatic mixing drum are all made of imported high quality, stainless steel, which conforms to GMP requirements.
Working Principle of High Efficiency Intelligent Nonporous Coating Machine: The tablets make complicated and constant track movement with easy and smooth turning and frequent exchanging in a clean and closed drum of the film coating machine.the coating mediums stirred in the constant temperature-stirring drum are prayed on tablets through the spray gun at the inlet under the action of crawler pump. The hot air up to 100, 100 level filtration is inhaled through the air-distributing pipe at the center of the drum and flowed through tablets around the fan blade. Under the action of air exhausted and negative pressure, hot air are exhausted from another side of the air-distributing pipe and discharged after dust abatement. So these coating mediums on the surface of tablets get dry quickly, forming a coat of flim, fine and smooth film. Automatically controlled by PLC, it's in normal operation.

The drum of the main machine has a closed pore less structure and it equipped with a flow-guiding sheet.Tablets can make esay and smooth rotation without fragment and chipped edge in the drum due to mirror polishing of its wall and flow-guiding sheel,which greatly improves the yield.the pored machine has a wide application,and easier to clean.During air intake,three times filtration,involving the primary,medium and high filtration,it can reach 100,100 level purification.during air exhaust, dust abatement can reach 99% by adoption adopting a bag-type dust extractor,Equipped with a vibration damper, the machine is in normal run with noise lower than 75db,which conforms to environmental protection requirements.A specially designed air source exchange system features exchange of hot air and cold air depending on the technological requirement,so to say,the fan blade can be regarded as air inlet or air outlet.the vane bore can meet the user's requirement from 0.6 to 3.00mm, which can be suitable for different specifications coat.
An eye pitch explosion-proof lamp is equipped in the drum so as to clearly viem all materical in run for the convenience of accurate control of technological change.the constant-pressure variable crawler pump features autimatic control of output syrup amounts and sprayed syrayed syrup amounts, stabilization of atomization,simplify of spraying system, economical dressing,easy to fully clean,free from any cross contamination. The specially designed imported spray gun features easy to operate,uniform density and particle size, uniform atomization and large spray area,practical to adjust flow,angle and sector,economical on dressing,free leakage and blockage.The gun can be in operation unless its head keeps in the range of 0.29mpa to 0.39mpa.it has been favorably reviewed from users at home and abroad.
